We are looking for a HR Manager to join our organization in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, and training & development. The successful applicant should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and directing the organization’s HR policies and practices. This includes overseeing recruitment efforts, ensuring legal compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, developing employee programs and policies that promote a positive work environment, managing employee relations issues, providing guidance on labor law matters when necessary, and working with other departments to develop processes that support the organization’s business objectives.

The successful candidate should also have a strong understanding of best practices in HR management. They must be able to effectively collaborate with other team members to ensure that the organization is meeting its objectives in a timely manner.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month, depending on experience. We are also open to considering an immigrant candidate who is able to demonstrate their ability to meet our requirements for this position.
