Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1200 per month
Position Status: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training & development. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Develops policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities and disciplinary procedures;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a HR manager or other HR executive; - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases; - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
