Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be in charge of overseeing all staff, from hiring to training to scheduling shifts. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience in our establishment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management or equivalent experience
• Experience managing restaurant operations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily running of the restaurant
• Ensure that customers receive excellent service at all times
• Monitor staff performance and take corrective action if needed
• Create schedules for staff members and ensure shifts are adequately covered
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training as needed
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and track expenses • Handle customer complaints professionally • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Salary: 1600 per month
