Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving excellent results. As the Restaurant Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure that all customers have a pleasant experience with us. This includes managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, food quality control, budgeting and inventory management. You will be responsible for training and developing staff members, evaluating performance, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with health codes and safety regulations. Additionally, you will need to provide feedback on customer satisfaction levels and contribute to marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality management or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in restaurant management. You should have excellent organizational skills along with strong problem solving skills. You must have good written & oral communication skills as well as basic computer knowledge such as Word & Excel. Additionally, you should be familiar with local health & safety regulations as well as experience in creating effective marketing strategies.
