Responsibilities:
• Develop menus in collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, cost management & financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
• Monitor sales performance & take appropriate action when necessary to maximize profits

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
