Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience managing a restaurant, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The successful applicant will be offered a salary of 1000 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.

Job Duties:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant
- Plan menus and order supplies
- Develop and implement customer service policies
- Oversee customer service staff to ensure that all guests receive quality service
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing to ensure that food is prepared according to the standards set by the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the premises
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues to maximize profits
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Train new staff on company policies

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management or related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong leadership qualities with an ability to motivate staff
- Good knowledge of customer service standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
