Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be a creative individual who can take initiative, work independently and as part of a team. The role involves creating high quality coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment in the cafe.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beverages and ingredients
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service
• High level of energy with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, etc.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow all health codes
• Advise customers on their beverage choices
