We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant's operations. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers, and outstanding organizational skills.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You must also have strong leadership abilities and be able to prioritize tasks while working to strict deadlines.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including hiring and training staff, managing budgets, scheduling shifts, handling customer complaints, optimizing menus, ordering supplies and maintaining sanitation standards. You will also be required to work closely with other departments such as marketing and finance in order to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably.
