Office assistant vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. This position comes with a salary of 1300 and we are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and its employees. This includes tasks such as handling incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing files, providing customer service, preparing documents, managing correspondence and other clerical duties. The Office Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the office is kept in good condition.

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Outstanding communication skills (oral & written)
• A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
