Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask. The salary on offer is 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Description:
The Barista will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, preparing coffee drinks according to customer requests as well as company standards, preparing food items such as sandwiches or pastries as needed, keeping the work area clean and sanitary at all times, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations. Additionally, the Barista will be responsible for maintaining stock levels of coffee beans and other supplies.

Salary Range and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is 1600 AED per month plus benefits such as paid vacation days and health insurance (if applicable).

Required Qualifications:
• Previous barista experience in a high-volume environment is preferred but not mandatory;
• Knowledge of coffee drinks preparation;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; • Ability to stand for long periods of time; • Good organizational skills; • High school diploma or equivalent; • Ability to follow instructions accurately; • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UAE.
