We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the recruitment field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. Furthermore, they will be expected to implement strategies to ensure that we hire the most qualified candidates with the appropriate skills and professional background. Additionally, they will need to develop and maintain partnerships with various recruiting agencies and other organizations.

The recruiter should have excellent communication skills, as well as a good understanding of the local job market and labor laws. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills are essential to ensure that all applicants receive timely feedback on their applications.
