We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

The primary duties of this position will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions. This involves reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and providing feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure an effective recruitment process.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about recruiting and has a strong attention to detail. You should be able to remain up-to-date with trends in recruitment techniques and be comfortable working within tight deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
