Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Kindergarten teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching various subjects to children aged 3 to 5 years old in a fun and engaging way. They must be able to create a positive learning environment, ensure the safety of the children and provide a stimulating curriculum.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Kindergarten teacher
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
• Ability to observe, document and assess student progress
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Native proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds (we are willing to consider immigrant candidates)

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop an appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all students
• Prepare lesson plans that demonstrate knowledge of the subject matter and meet curricular objectives
• Monitor activities within the classroom such as arts & crafts, music & movement etc.
• Promote positive behavior management strategies with children by using positive reinforcement techniques such as rewards, stickers etc.
• Provide feedback on student’s performance to parents and guardians
