We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills and be able to work well within a fast-paced environment. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include: managing the sales team, developing strategies to increase sales performance, building relationships with customers, monitoring customer feedback and resolving any issues that arise, training and coaching team members in sales techniques, overseeing customer service activities, and evaluating performance against goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting targets for the sales team and ensuring they are met on a regular basis. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.

To be successful in this position you should have proven experience as a sales manager or supervisor as well as a solid understanding of the principles of customer service. You should also possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
