Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of CNC machines to fabricate parts and components according to given specifications. The CNC Operator will also maintain the machines and ensure that all safety procedures are followed. The position is open to both nationals and foreigners with minimal work experience, and the salary offered is 1000 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities
• Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions, such as dimensions, tolerances, number of parts to be machined, setups, sequence of operations, etc.
• Set up and operate CNC machines according to given instructions.
• Make adjustments as needed during machine operation in order to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot malfunctions as necessary.
• Perform quality checks on machined parts using a variety of instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments as needed in order to maintain operational efficiency of machinery.
• Maintain records of production activities such as cycle times, production quantities, rejections rates etc., for use in production reports.

Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required; technical school degree is preferred but not required . • Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines required; more experience preferred • Working knowledge of tooling techniques used in machining operations • Proficiency with various measuring instruments such as calipers & micrometers • Ability to read blueprints/job orders accurately & follow written instructions • Attention to detail & strong organizational skills • Excellent problem-solving skills & manual dexterity
