Land surveyor job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land, preparing topographical maps, and inspecting construction sites.

The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) or geographic information systems (GIS) is also desired.

Responsibilities:
• Create accurate survey measurements using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments
• Prepare detailed survey plans, maps, reports, charts, and legal descriptions
• Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with plans
• Identify potential problems or conflicts in land use and report them to the appropriate authority
• Maintain an accurate record of survey data
• Analyze legal documents such as deeds and titles to determine boundaries

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying/Geomatics Engineering or equivalent field
• At least 3 years of experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, principles, methods and procedures used in surveying
• Proficient with AutoCAD software or other relevant software programs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
