Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to work in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient office operations and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work in an effective manner.
Demands for the Candidate
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Highly motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Immigrant status is welcomed but not necessary.
