Welder job vacancy in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and other written instructions for the job at hand
• Set up welding equipment according to safety regulations and job specifications
• Perform welding activities using a variety of welding processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)
• Monitor welds to ensure that they meet standards set by the client or employer
• Make adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit of components
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with different types of metals, their properties, and appropriate weld settings
