Business Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our office in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business management and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead, motivate and manage people to achieve results.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profit margins.
• Monitor business performance against goals and objectives.
• Analyze data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare financial statements for review by senior management.
• Lead teams in setting goals and objectives in line with the company’s strategy.
• Develop budgets and forecast future financial performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business unit or team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in business management is preferred.
• A proven track record of success in managing teams or departments is essential.
• Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques such as budgeting and forecasting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.
• The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations is essential.
