Position: Executive Chef

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1700

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Executive Chef is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu design and development, cost control, and inventory management. This position requires strong organizational skills, creativity in preparing dishes, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. We are open to considering applicants with no experience.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading a kitchen staff, creating delicious dishes, and managing a budget. They will be able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure. A passion for food is essential as is a commitment to high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and create new menus
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed
• Work with the purchasing department to ensure that ingredients are of the highest quality at the best price
• Manage kitchen staff including scheduling and assigning tasks
• Monitor food costs and waste levels
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved at all times

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• 5+ years' experience in leading a kitchen team in a restaurant setting
• Proven track record of creating innovative dishes
• Excellent organizational skills
