Position Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600 QAR

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role and be able to manage a team of staff. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to take initiative when needed. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor the performance of staff and provide regular feedback on their work
• Create schedules, including shifts and rotas for employees
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times
• Ensure that quality standards are met in all areas of work
• Train new staff members on company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and related documents
• Resolve conflicts between employees or with customers
• Assist with recruitment processes such as interviewing candidates or creating job descriptions

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or related field preferred
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
• Knowledge of labor laws related to employee relations preferred
