We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service and have excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant should have at least one year of experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably as a waiter. Knowledge of different types of food and drinks is essential for this role, as well as a strong understanding of customer service standards. We will consider applicants who are immigrants and are willing to work with us on their visa status.

The main responsibilities include taking orders from customers, serving food and drinks, making recommendations, upselling items when appropriate, handling payments, resolving customer complaints and keeping the restaurant clean. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours and shifts including evenings and weekends.
