Job Title: Restaurant Manager, Dubai

Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. We are willing to consider applicants with no experience; however, you must have the ability to learn quickly and be energetic and passionate about the restaurant industry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage staff and ensure proper performance of duties such as seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, etc.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level.
• Maintain stock levels of all items needed for the restaurant operation.

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible attitude towards work hours and shifts
