Position: Chef
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1500 QAR per month

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for guests, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a chef in a similar environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of international cuisine techniques and recipes
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage a team of junior chefs and kitchen staff
• Immigrant status is not necessary, but is preferred
• Knowledge of HACCP standards is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
• Develop menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Prepare ingredient lists and manage the ordering process
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
• Supervise the kitchen staff in meal preparation, cooking techniques and cleanliness
• Maintain a clean working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations
