Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational services to students of all ages. As a Tutor, you will be expected to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in subjects such as English, Maths, Science and other areas of study to individuals or classes of students. You should have the ability to assess students’ abilities accurately and adjust instruction methods accordingly. The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month.

Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the Tutor is to provide quality education in their field of expertise while focusing on student learning outcomes and encouraging individual growth. This includes creating lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, providing feedback on assignments, and keeping up-to-date records of student performance. Other duties include monitoring class attendance, reporting any problems or irregularities to the administration staff, participating in professional development activities, attending staff meetings, and participating in extracurricular activities as required.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field is preferred but not necessary for this role; however we are ready to consider candidates without prior experience who demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching with excellent communication skills. Successful candidates must have knowledge in one or more academic subjects (e.g., Maths or English) along with a passion for educating young minds while maintaining an organized classroom environment. Additionally, successful candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate instructions both orally and written in English.
