Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the office, including overseeing administrative staff and providing support to the business. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience.
Duties:
β’ Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
β’ Manage all administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor progress on a regular basis.
β’ Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner and respond promptly to requests for assistance.
β’ Maintain office supplies and order new equipment as needed.
β’ Monitor the budget and ensure that spending is kept within allocated limits.
β’ Prepare reports for upper management as required.
β’ Oversee accounts receivable/payable functions, payroll, and other financial operations as necessary.
β’ Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services or products needed by the office.
β’ Develop policies and procedures for efficient operation of the office environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred.
β’ Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager is required.
β’ Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not essential.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
β’ Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, email, presentation and telephone etiquette skills are essential. β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities at once is essential
