We are looking for an experienced and qualified Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position, and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations at our facility, ensuring production teams work in a safe and efficient manner. This includes monitoring employees’ performance, liaising with other departments and managers, and providing feedback on areas of improvement. As Supervisor you must also monitor employee attendance records, schedules, and labour costs.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve production targets while adhering to safety regulations. You should be well organized with excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure. A degree or diploma in management or related field is highly desirable but not essential.
