Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service while dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers. You will also counsel patients on drug therapies and lifestyle modifications, as well as monitor patient progress and outcomes. Additionally, you will review prescriptions for accuracy and completeness before filling them; maintain accurate patient records; keep up-to-date with product information; manage inventory levels; ensure compliance with legal regulations; and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Licensure as a Pharmacist in Abu-Dhabi or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum two years of experience in a related role
• Solid understanding of pharmacology principles, drug interactions, dose calculations, medication safety procedures, and related regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
