We are looking for a passionate and professional freelance HR specialist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi! The position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Previous experience as an HR specialist in a corporate setting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
