Merchandiser – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability of the assigned product portfolio through effective merchandising strategies. This position offers an attractive salary of 900 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product sales and profitability
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
• Set up promotional displays in store or online
• Assist with training store personnel on product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role in retail or FMCG industry
• Good understanding of the entire supply chain process
• Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, pricing strategies, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, store personnel, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports from sales data
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications.
