Job Vacancy: Barista - Sharjah

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Sharjah. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, presenting and serving coffee and tea beverages to customers in our cafe. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant and engaging atmosphere.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista. Experience with specialty coffees such as latte art is highly desirable. Additionally, we are open to considering immigrant candidates who meet the requirements of the job.

Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing coffee drinks according to customer preferences
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area, equipment, utensils and menus
• Serving food items such as sandwiches, cakes or pastries
• Upselling additional items such as syrups or other supplements
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Providing customers with information about coffee blends or other products available in the cafe
• Accepting payment from customers.
