Executive Chef (1400 USD/month) - Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient ordering and selection, staff supervision, and quality control.

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Ability to create menus that are exciting and innovative
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage staff and maintain a positive working environment
• Excellent knowledge of food safety protocols
• Knowledge of current trends in the culinary world is preferred
• Fluency in English is required for this position. Fluency in Arabic is desirable but not essential.
