Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and the ability to provide excellent service to our guests. The Sommelier will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience by helping them choose the perfect bottle of wine for their meal. They will also be responsible for properly storing and organizing the wine selection as well as ensuring that all stock is up to date.

Demands for the Candidate:
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. They must be able to demonstrate an intimate knowledge and understanding of wines from around the world and be able to confidently recommend selections from our extensive selection. The Sommelier should also have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain an organized bar area at all times. In addition, they should possess strong organizational skills and be able to stay up to date with new wines, products and trends in the industry. All candidates must also possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Finally, it is essential that all applicants hold a valid work permit for Dubai or are willing to apply for one upon successful completion of their application process.
