The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, as they will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. They should also have good communication skills and be able to work independently. Attention to detail is also important as they will need to make sure the drinks are prepared correctly and efficiently. Additionally, having the ability to multitask and work well under pressure is essential.

The Barista’s responsibilities include preparing coffee and other beverages, serving customers, cleaning up after customers, restocking supplies, operating cash registers, and any other duties assigned by management.
