Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and labor laws compliance. The HR Manager will also be involved in developing and implementing strategies to support the organization's growth objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management and Administration
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and regulations specific to the UAE region
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts positively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HR systems is an asset
• Willingness to accept a foreigner for this role
