Restaurant Manager Job in Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and demonstrate strong leadership skills. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage management, customer service, budgeting, and staff supervision
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the restaurant by overseeing staff performance, customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor staff performance on an ongoing basis and provide feedback when necessary
• Create weekly schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels for peak hours
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and build loyalty among existing customers
• Manage budgets by monitoring costs associated with labor, food supply, marketing efforts, etc.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations. This includes supervising staff performance, developing marketing plans, monitoring budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food quality and cleanliness standards. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
