We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and have a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of food preparation and service, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling staff shifts, personnel management, customer relations, inventory management.
• Ensure quality of food and service is maintained at all times.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales revenue.
• Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations.
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective actions if necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least one year experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Good problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet when faced with challenges.
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm for working in a busy environment.
