Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer service, increase sales and profitability
• Create an atmosphere that encourages team work, positive attitude and high performance standards
• Manage daily expenses within budgeted guidelines
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards set by local authorities

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role managing staff and operations of a restaurant or other food service establishment
• Outstanding leadership skills with excellent organizational capability
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in high pressure situations
