We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should possess a passion for the hospitality industry and excellent interpersonal and management skills.

The Restaurant Manager’s primary roles are to deliver exceptional customer service, create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for customers, manage staff, and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate should have a detailed understanding of the hospitality industry, be able to motivate staff, handle customer concerns, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as an eye for detail.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations in the restaurant, managing budgets and ordering supplies as needed, training new staff members, creating weekly schedules, monitoring employee performance and providing feedback when necessary. They must also ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently by managing staffing levels, overseeing inventory control systems, developing promotions/specials to increase sales figures, implementing cost control measures where necessary and keeping up-to-date on market trends.

We are offering a salary of 1800 AED per month for this position. Immigrants are welcome to apply.
