PHLEBOTOMIST VACANCY

We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing quality patient care.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Drawing blood from patients according to established procedures
• Collecting and labeling samples accurately
• Preparing and handling specimens for laboratory analysis
• Maintaining accurate records of patient information and results
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Updating patient records as needed
• Assisting with other duties as required by the laboratory staff.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field, or equivalent medical training
• Previous experience in a phlebotomy role is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide comfort and reassurance to patients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in collecting samples
