• A business management degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience managing staff, customer service, and organizational tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead by example and motivate colleagues
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of industry trends and practices
