Barista job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve customers with their orders in a timely and professional manner. You will need to be able to prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and more. You will also need to be able to process payments accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the different types of coffee beans and brewing methods we offer, so that you can provide customers with helpful advice when needed.

You must also ensure that the cafe is clean and presentable at all times by maintaining the counters, restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by the Manager. The successful candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills in order to build rapport with customers while maintaining high standards of customer service.
