Barista job in El-Fujairah UAE


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful applicant should be passionate about coffee, providing excellent customer service, and creating a pleasant atmosphere for our guests. The salary for this role is 1100 AED. We are open to considering an applicant without prior experience in this field.

The job description entails greeting customers, taking orders, preparing hot and cold beverages (including coffee and tea), explaining menu items, ensuring that all drinks are made correctly and that they meet the standards of quality and presentation set by the company, cleaning workstations before, during, and after shifts, maintaining inventory of supplies throughout the day as needed, and following health & safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should possess great interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation; have an excellent knowledge of a wide variety of coffee drinks; demonstrate attention to detail; be able to multi-task efficiently; and demonstrate reliability by showing up on time for shifts. Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to lift heavy items such as coffee beans or machines. Fluency in English is desired but not required.
