Housekeeping Manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and manage our housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. It is essential that the Housekeeping Manager is able to ensure that high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping staff, coordinating daily schedules, assigning tasks to team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies, and performing regular inspections of all hotel premises. Furthermore, they will liaise with other departments within the hotel (e.g. front office) in order to provide guests with an exceptional experience. Additionally, they will be expected to plan inventory needs and order cleaning supplies as needed.
