Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing the preparation of all dishes, ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard. The ideal candidate should have experience in international cuisine, preferably Middle Eastern cuisine. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position. No experience is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage menu items based on customer demand, local tastes, and seasonality
• Ensure all recipes are followed correctly and efficiently
• Supervise kitchen staff in their daily duties including cooking, cleaning, and food preparation
• Monitor the quality of all dishes served in the restaurant
• Ensure that all safety regulations are observed in the kitchen at all times
• Offer creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth running of the kitchen
• Maintain a clean work environment according to hygiene regulations

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Chef or cook in a restaurant or catering establishment
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment
