Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of teaching experience and be ready to consider an immigrant. The successful applicant will be expected to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Responsibilities also include developing lesson plans, assessing student performance, establishing positive relationships with students, providing appropriate feedback on work, managing student behavior in accordance with school rules and regulations as well as addressing any specific educational needs of individual students or groups of students. In addition, the successful applicant should be comfortable communicating with parents about their child's progress and should also be willing to participate in other activities related to the school's mission such as field trips or extracurricular activities.
