We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have experience completing land surveys and will be responsible for producing accurate and precise measurements of land area, topography, and other features in the field. A highly competitive salary of 1300 is available for this role.

To be a successful Land Surveyor, the ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of surveying principles and practices. They should also have outstanding attention to detail in order to accurately measure land areas and features. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills when interacting with clients, colleagues, and other professionals while out in the field or during office meetings.

The primary responsibilities of a Land Surveyor include but are not limited to: accurately measuring land areas with a range of equipment and tools; assessing boundary lines; preparing topographical maps; reviewing survey data on computer systems; researching legal records related to property boundaries; conducting site visits to record data; producing detailed reports; discussing project requirements with clients; and liaising with other professionals like engineers, architects, etc.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Surveying or related field; at least 3 years' experience completing land surveys; working knowledge of appropriate technologies such as GPS systems, TPS/GNSS receivers, total stations, Autocad software etc.; excellent communication skills both verbally and written; excellent problem-solving ability; valid driver’s license is an advantage.
