Job Title: Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1200 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports and managing accounts receivable and payable.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, excellent numerical skills and experience with accounting software. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and payroll activities
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
- Prepare tax returns and other documentation as required by state or federal agencies
- Maintain general ledger entries for all transactions
- Monitor accounts to ensure accurate records are kept and appropriate taxes are paid on time
- Provide administrative support in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting role preferred
- Proven working experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
