Merchandiser: Abu Dhabi, 1700 AED

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing effective merchandising strategies for assigned product lines.
• Analyzing customer buying patterns and forecasting future trends.
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what competitors are doing.
• Working with the marketing team to develop pricing strategies for products to maximize profits.
• Establishing relationships with vendors and negotiating prices to secure the best deals.
• Managing inventory levels and ensuring stock is regularly replenished according to customer demand.
• Ensuring products are displayed correctly in stores or online according to company guidelines.
• Monitoring sales performance of all products and making adjustments as necessary.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of the retail industry trends. We are also willing to consider foreign candidates if they meet our requirements. Salary is 1700 AED per month.
