We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out land surveys by collecting data in order to determine the location of natural and man-made features on or near the earth's surface.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1200 AED per month with the potential for further advancement. In addition to this, we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vacation days and an employer-matched retirement plan.

In this role, you will be expected to:
• Prepare survey plans and designs
• Analyze survey documents and reports
• Use specialized instruments such as Total Stations or GPS equipment
• Utilize computer software systems to create maps and diagrams
• Determine property boundaries based on legal deeds or other documents
• Perform research using historical records and other resources
• Complete surveys related to Public Works projects

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• A degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices and techniques
• The ability to read blueprints and interpret legal descriptions
